Spotted this one today steering works on both ends it looks like

Is that one of those "crab steer" outfits? I remember some Cases had that ability- turn both sets of wheels uphill when on a steep side hill.
 
Those are awesome tractors to run. I put a few hours on one back in the 90's for an old neighbor. Great tractors.

Dairy I worked at had one it was a pretty nice tractor just didn?t want to push the clutch all the way until it was stopped or it would feel like it was going to rip the guts out . I probably should have bought it but the mega case dealer made my decision not to
 
I had a 2470 for some years. One dumb engineer idea was the slanted windows...collected dust and had to bang on them to clear. Engine threw a rod and I replaced it with an 855 Cummins. Made it into a great lugger!
 
That?s the problem case is supposed to be cheaper but the only thing cheaper about them is the way they?re designed and built but when they need a part bend over for tony fix it again tony
