Floor scrubber. I think it might have been made by American Lincoln.

A propane fueled Ford tractor floor scrubber.It has a tank for clean water and may or may not have a rotating brush. with
a squeegee, vacuum and a tank for the dirty water. used inside a factory. An auto factory I worked in at one time had one.
They must be geared different because they are really slow.

At Vermillion it would be just south of ?Airport ?73? (MSP). It
some type of support machinery. There was one with less of
the contraption left in place and no fender on TH as well.

If you read the whole listing it says it is an auto scrubber by Clark - American Lincoln wet/dry scrubber.
