It has been a busy weekend and Monday night on it.

Passenger rear window had bad motor and the outside handle had separated from the bolts, new motor and epoxy, good as new.

New exhaust manifold/converter got rid of cylinders 1 and 4 leaks and stink from worn out converter.

The really great news is the rebuilt throttle body got rid of the idle surge, idles smooth at 900 RPM now.

My son is having to relearn, before just had to let clutch out with it idling @ 1500.

I can't remember what year your Civic is David but you certainly have stayed with the project, I suspect you might be over it's value in purchased parts by now. But look at all the fun you had. Sounds like you did pretty much everything yourself.

It is for my son, he has been right there with me learning and doing, so that is invaluable.

I learned after my MH44 EFI project, don't look at the $$$$$
