3010 brakes

I just changed brake pads and brake disc on a 3010 and when I put it together it siezes up. The planetary gears and diff gears seem good when apart. Took it apart and everything looks right. Any one have any suggestions as to what I am missing?

Sounds like the brake valve is sticking or otherwise not working properly and sending pressurized oil to the brake pistons when the pedal is NOT being depressed???

The line from the brake piston is detached right now.

Possibly the disc slipped out of place on the pinion gear,, I put a little bit of weld on the edge to keep that from happening.

Do you mean weld the sun gear Tim?

I've had the disk fall off the backside of the sungear. It pops the gear out some and jambs the disk up against the inside pads.

It seems the person who did these brakes last time put a metal shim on the staitionary three pads. When I took it apart I thought this was a wear plate, but lookig further the book shows no plate. This likely explains why the brakes were in such tough shape. Took them out and I have the clearence.
