Im needing a new rod for the c-146 engine its gas of course I can't seem to get the casting number on it is there anyway I'm able to without using a casting number?

My "take" on this is that engines thru serial # 1493 used rod #375595R11, then rod was updated to #396976R11.

I see no reason why the two wouldn't interchange as a complete rod and bushing assembly, as the pistons, wrist pins, and rod bearings did NOT change over time/serial numbers.

(quoted from post at 12:14:50 04/08/19) The serial number on mine is 09522

Well, then you should have the updated rod, should be the easiest one to find!

I found the part I think but none of them serial numbers you gave me didnt match it on the website its the only one they got I'll just order it see if it will work thanks

Not quite sure what you mean by that, as your serial number of 9522 would put it in the "above 1493" range.
