1294 Case pressure Plate

Has anyone worked on the pressure plate from a 1294 Case? Mine has a bad bearing in it. My service manual only shows a Borg and Beck pressure plate rebuild and the one in mine doesn?t look anything like it

After doing some research on it I have found that it is a Laycock clutch. I haven?t been able to find any information about repairing it. Any help would sure be appreciated!

Have you looked at the FIAT parts site, they show a Laycock clutch for your David Brown, and a parts breakdown, if that will help. Look under "powertrain".

I have a 1494, and it seems to me the 1294 is covered, and the Layock clutch is mentioned. I will try to remember to look when I get to the shop later tomorrow or Monday.
