Looks like a better tire than what's on our Farmall C! Don't tires have to be recycled in NJ? We used to burn shredded tires along with coal in the boiler at the paper mill. They said it was cleaner than coal, easier to scrub, and less heavy metals.

Just a heads up on used tractor tires, alot
of elementary schools are into class
gardens. I've taken 7 tractor tires in the
last year to one school. They want 4 more.
I take a sawsall and cut one sidewall out
right at the edge of the lugs. The class
paints them wild colors.

Don't think i would use a radial tire.

They take bias tires here turn them inside out and make cattle feeders, like for unloading silage into, the way they did with old metal stock tanks for cattle. Cattle can't hurt the feeder or themselves.

Someone left me TWENTY derelict tires on my place at a back gate last summer. Not one was fit for even wagon service. Cost me $40
to get rid of them at the recycler. Plus I had to load, unload and transport. Not happy.

i have made a couple of shooting backdrops/berms out of some of my junk tractor and semi tires, works pretty good, so far the 300 winmag and 50 AE hasnt punched through, kinda neat to pull the old rounds out and see what they look like. we set some for pistols ranges and rifle ranges.

I found a lady on craigslist looking for truck and tractor tires to
build a playground for goats. Told her $2ea. truck, $5ea.
tractor tire. When she showed up I told her no charge, glad to
get rid of them.

We used to use old tires for a shooting back stop
until we started having them shoot back at us. Very
dangerous!
