Prices a lot of times depends on the auctioneer and the people that follow that auctioneer.

If he's an honest auctioneer,it takes at least "two" bidders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an auctioneer say that to me joking a couple years ago. Last year he sold his auction house and only did one auction, plus he does not even advertise any more, maybe he was not joking and someone took offence to that comment I know I was not the only one he ever said that too.
