What is consider a high bale count on these balers before you start having decline in performance in baler.

I traded a JD 467/twine that was field ready with 30,000 bales on monitor for a 467 just to get netwrap that now has over 26,000 bales on it & I plan to bale hay with it this season. A lot depends on how mechanically inclined one is.

I?ll echo what Tx Jim said. Keep the baler in good working
condition and there will be no decline in performance. My
backup baler is 35 yrs old, has 50, 000 + bales on it. It will
make a bale as good now as the day it came from the dealer.

On JD balers, when the belt diamond tread is worn down to the 2nd level going to the third, performance will
deteriorate.
