First mowing job done

Took the Allis 5030 out today and cut some grass. Well my wife drove the tractor and I ran a weed eater for 4 hours. Didn't fall in love with the Allis, won't be sad to sell it.

Our boys picked up limbs and hauled them to a burn pile using the riding mower.

Then we put in 40ft of fence on top of a 9 ft retaining wall.

I would not be able to walk for 4 days if I packed a weed eater for 4 hours.
Even with the shoulder harness it kills my back.

Little Allis is $3500. Great little tractor, just didn't fit on trailer when our friends moved to Idaho.

baby Allis just needs bigger front tires. as is, looks too much like a Ford 9N. probably run better with bigger tires, too. lol

Looks good. I can finally see mud in my driveway. Doubt if I'll be seeing any grass for a bit.
