N Complete Tractor/Tom Terrell

Hello, has anyone had any issues with N Complete Tractor of Indiana? Tom Terrell has been the owner since late 2011. A friend took his Ferguson tractor there and left a $7,000 deposit for rebuild. Now the web site is shut down, the telephone is disconnected and no tractor or return of the deposit? Wondering if anyone knows the situation with Mr. Terrell? My buddy just wants the Ferguson back. I know they recently (last year sometime) moved to My Summit From their original location in Wilkinson. The wife and I drove by the Mt. Summit location just Monday afternoon and she mentioned to me that they looked like they were closed.

Think I'd be getting in contact with law enforcement in his area that's criminal fraud.

Man, sad story ..... that's a pretty healthy deposit. What was the full restoration supposed to cost, do you know? After he visits a lawyer, he'll be in line with all the other creditors and hope for some of his deposit to come back eventually.
