What are your favorite resources when looking for used tractor prices?
A co-worker is trying to help his mother sell a compact tractor out of his father's estate and wants to make sure they are fair but don't get taken.
It's not really old but just old enough that finding comparable units is proving difficult.

They've also got a few implements to go with it. Should they expect to get more by separating them or bundling them?

For a Kubota, that is old. It is also very small (16 hp). I have a 92 b7100HST I bought in 99 with a 5' mower and a 5' back blade that had 600hrs on it. I love the tractor and still have it, but I thought the $5,000 I paid for it at the time was outrageous.

Tractorhouse is a good resource (easy to use, pictures, etc.), BUT unless you have something really in demand (which you dont near as I can tell), you should consider discounting the tractorhouse prices by 10-15% to get a realistic asking price for the Kubota. Dont ask me why, but most of the tractorhouse prices would never be selling prices in my area.

North Central Oklahoma.
The tractor is a 1977 Kubota B7100.

I don't have photos since it's not mine. Might be able to get them though.

I'd sell the implements separately if they are something like 3pt hitch not just fit that specific tractor.Selling with the tractor you are usually giving away most of the implements since the buyer may not want those or already has some.I'd put a price on the tractor also advertise the implements at the same time and offer the implements to any prospective tractor buyer at a discount when they buy the tractor. As for value look at Craigslist at the same or similar models anything there over a couple weeks is not selling so your price will need to be below that to sell for sure, sometimes way below.

What SVcummins said. Keep in mind that these are dealers and "high retail ". A lot depends on if you want to move it quickly at bargain price or sit on it trying to get top dollar. Most models are readily available for retail.

As far as bundling the implements and tractor it just depends whether or not somebody wants the complete package or not

I would bundle all of it together. If you separate them, you may end up with a piece or two that has very little demand and won't sell.
