John Deere 630 Oil Questions

I have a JD 630 and I want to change some oils but need to know what type of oil to use in the following: transmission oil, power shaft clutch housing and power-trol system. What is a good flushing agent to use for each? Where is a good place to get these oils? I am located in southern Wisconsin and have a Farm and Fleet, Fleet Farm and Tractor Supply if that helps. Thank you for any help you can give me.

The transmission will need a yellow metal friendly gear lube. 90W , 140W or 85w-140 ?
The pto clutches and the hyd. I use JD hy-Gard. The equivalent sold at your stores should be fine in these.
