There is a small one near Hotchkiss CO. 15 or so planes. I think they are for his own personal use however. Private airstrip.

Where is that?

I have 2 friends that could spend days walking through that, like I am at a farm junk yard......

The main yards for airliners is Tucson, Arizona and Mojave, California. There are about thirty five airliners on the field at Goodyear, Arizona but I think that most are there to have rehab and mechanical work done on them. The others will mostly be parted out and then scraped. I can imagine a big sign on a 747 saying "For Sale" "Running When Parked" Tremendous number of hours on some. Most spent more hours of their life in the air than on the ground.

Tucson, AZ. Was an article about it on the Weather Channel a couple of days ago. BTDT but just looked, not a duty station.

Who could resist a junk yard of any kind ?? Nobody i no of. I bet i could find something in a Airplane Junk Yard i needed .

Marana, AZ has a large boneyard too. I could spend all day roaming around there.

That first picture has a Sabreliner in the foreground. Always liked them. Used to fuel aircraft when I was in high school at the local airport.

One of the largest in the US is near me.

I go there sometimes for parts for my plane. Prices are all over the place. Sometimes dirt cheap, sometimes very dear.
