Coldest Day Yet

At least it felt like it was. Ten below was the high when I went out to put out a bale of hay late afternoon. Not bad in the shelter of the trees but out in the open was serious wind chill that would freeze exposed skin pretty quick. I wanted to get a bit of video of the snow blowing like desert sand but my fingers were starting to hurt after less than a minute with a mitt off. Could not even swipe the I phone to close the camera. So its a short video today.

I walked down to get the mail,the last 75 feet,no tree protection, like you say the wind chill was just terrible.

Cold here east of Spokane also...had a Canada goose die by our front door last night! Windchill and ice reminds me of growing up in South Dakota. Wild weather for March!
