Pinning a cracked head update

This morning I took the time to pull the valve seats on the SC Case head I was wanting to pin, or plug and the crack was 1/8" below the seat on both sides so the plugging deal is off. I was hoping for the best but it didn't work out that way. So the search for another head continues. Thanks for the advice anyway. It might come in handy some day down the road.

fixer jump down to the case board bet you will get a lot more help there.

Good luck. I went through 3 or 4 heads
before I found a good one.
