Looks bad. I am having trouble with the tail gate still on the bumper of the truck. I think it would have been pushed into the bed. Maybe this happened when loading and the tail gate was down.

Just curious....can he turn this in to insurance? The tractor rear-ended him? Just came out of the blue (or 'red'), and BAM! *hehe*

Looks like he may have rear-ended the car in front, before he was rear-ended by the tractor. That's gonna leave a mark...on the vehicles AND the wallet!!

There must be a good healthy set of springs under that truck. It still set pretty level with the tractor on
it.

I was trying to make sense of the tire marks on the road. I think I see black marks from the front tire, none from the back. There is a dual set that might be a semi.

Ya, that is really a bad picture. It really emphasizes to me chains, brakes, and maybe paying attention and slowing down sooner.

I was bumped once on the rear bumper just enough to take a trim piece off. I was sore after that little bump. I can't imagine the guy in front of that truck.

straps should hold just fine LOL Straps are for moral support only you use chain to hold something down. I have seen too many loads come loose and people killed when using straps.
