I'm looking at an l210 kubota. I plant a huge garden and need something smaller than an allis b but bigger than my lawnmower. We're these a decent machine? Did they have any common problems? I also posted this in the lesser known classics board.

Over 40 year tractor but no the little L 210 did not have any alibies as such. Steering box was usually the first thing to go but aftermarket parts are now available for those so no big deal. Where are you located?

Thanks , have a fellow nearby (200 miles south of you) that has a nice L 175 that seems cheap, just wondering what you were having to pay for the L210. I THINK he priced his L 175 for $1700 and it is supper nice.

Some of the early Kubotas had PTO that ran the reverse of what ours do- Is this one of them?

Had one for many yrs. & they are TUFF.....a lot of power for 20hp. Mine always started hard, but would also work hard and use very little fuel. These were on one of the first boat loads to come over.

The one I'm looking at is 600 starter is missing. Guy was going to rebuild it and went bankrupt. Glow plugs need rewired. The plugs themselves pass an ohm test. If you pull start it it runs great and it looks like it's never been left outside before. Paint is great and I couldn't find a scratch on it. It has a three point finish mower on it in equal condition. Think this is a good price?

Yea that is cheap BUT then again not many folks willing to buy one you have to pull to start. I should have a used starter. E-Mail open
