I was having trouble starting my 8n, always had to jump start it lately. I figured I needed a new battery since the one in it was 4 or 5 years old. I started removing it and remembered shiney tighty on all connections, well after a good cleaning I put it back together and vroom starts like a new one. Thanks Sparkie.

May Dell rest in peace, but, GOSH, it's only common sense to keep ANY electrical connections clean and tite.

Another Dell story, the other day I needed to charge a 6 volt battery , positive ground. I thought I knew how to hook up charger. But just to be sure I searched the archives and Dell was the first answer I found. I never looked any farther. Good guy. Definitely missed!
