It also appears to have had the front end find a large ground hog hole, and I think think the engine is stuck. haha

Enclosed driveline. Safe, I like it. I'm sure the YT safety police would approve as well. More problematic is apparent absence of lockout that would prevent an operator from putting it in motion without someone sitting in the seat. Should be simple enough to lock the pedals when parked. Then the operator's weight would trigger a safety release to allow for pedaling. Is that asking too much? Also some issue with steering wheel but probably not a defect from when it was new.

That looks exactly like my first tractor back in the 50's. Pulled a Western Flyer wagon behind it. Used to pick it up with my
Dad's chain hoist hooked to the steering wheel. Guess it finally gave way. Thanks for the memories.
