George, myself having a new baby daughter, I just can't imagine how hard that must be for yourself and your stepson. I've never felt this way about anything, and I don't know how I'd handle life without her now. May God be with your family in this time. So sorry for your loss

We should all take this as a warning and check for functional smoke detectors with new batteries in our loved one’s homes.
This tragedy may save several lives by waking us up out of complacency.
