Replaced the fuel filter on my 135 today and have done this plenty of times but I can’t get fuel to the injectors. I primed the filter and got fuel to the pump loosened up the bleed screws and have good flow to that point. Loosens the injector fittings turned the motor over for prob 30-45 min and getting no fuel. I even loosens up the fuel lines at the pump and getting no fuel there either. Any help would be appreciated

Is the fuel filter a NAPA/WIX brand by chance? And did you make the mistake of placing an O ring in the filter top OUTER fuel INLET groove? That must remain OPEN on those filters, an O ring there will restrict or shut off fuel through the system completely.

It is a wix filter and I used three O rings one at the top of filter one at the bottom of the filter and one at the base. So your saying with a wix filter don’t use an O ring at the top of the filter?

Yes, the top uses a seal. Dieseltech is saying make sure it is up in the housing not in the opening around the inside at the top of a Wix/Napa filter element. The gasket should be in the groove of the housing like in this photo. They slip out sometimes.

There are two top O rings, BOTH are on the filter base. Larger goes into the BASE groove, and a smaller one fits the BASE center groove. NO O ring goes into the top of ANY brand filter at all. Lower filter may need one or two O rings depending on whether a glass water trap is used.

Removed the filter again tonight and reinstalled it making sure the seal went into the grove of the housing and not the top of the filter. Went back through the bleeding process still good flow to the bleed screws but nothing after that. I loosened all three fittings at the injectors and removed one completely still nothing not even a drip of fuel. Ran a fully charged battery down twice trying to bleed it. After that I loosened one outgoing fuel line fitting at the pump and no fuel there either. Should I not get fuel there if the pump is working?

The last time I ran mine out of diesel I laid on the starter too long.
It cost me a field winding. BUT, the gear reduction starter that this website sells spins it a BUNCH faster!
I hope yours does not come to that.
Mine was because the tank valve was turned off, and not enough coffee to remember my theft prevention.

A rag soaked in Gasoline held against the intake will help. that should make it spin fast enough to open the injectors.
Fuel shutoff rod allowed "IN"
Throttle at 30 percent.
helps me to bring mine up after running it dry about twice every 12 months.
