Ford 7700 hydraulic pto issue

I am having issue with my bucket not wanting to curl and
loader lifting slow. I went ahead and pulled the hydraulic
pump thinking it may possibly be the strainer but found out
that this model doesn?t have one. I ordered a new hyd pump
and the manufacturer sent the wrong one. So I then went
ahead and put the old pump back on till I get the right pump
in. Needed to do some brush cutting. The issue now is my
pto isn?t working right. It?s slow weak and when I rev the
engines rpms it stops. Weird.

Question
Does the pump affect the pto
Any other issues that all this could be possibly causing when it
worked before.

Some have told me it?s the pump where others have said it?s
not.
I have put all new hyd fluid
New can filter on rear right side
No shavings in pan
All new hydraulic lines to loader
No leaks

I will say when the old pump was off it turned real easy
The new pump cranked much harder
Is that a sign the pump is wearing out
Would my 3 point still work even though the pump is going
bad

The ford hydraulic pump is a double pump. The high pressure works the 3 pt lift. The low pressure pump works the pto and (dual power if equipped) and lubricates the front of the transmission. The low pressure side feeds off a line that is external, and runs from the hydraulic pump forwards along the transmission. A manual will show you how to tap in and measure the low pressure side. The low pressure side of the pump should be between 140 and 155 lbs at 1900 rpm. If no dual power, you only have a plug on the side of the pump.
