Is it possible to join the tube back
together again? If so how did you do it?

It that's a tractor radiator, you need a new one anyway.

If not, a good radiator shop can repair it.

Dean has it right. Trouble is a really good old time shop with the antique guys working there are needed. Recore is good if both tanks are not messed up. What you are asking would be a retube. That is way more involved. The tanks still need to come off and they remove the broken tubes and slide new ones in. Then put the tanks back on. Real artist and time consuming. You might need to hunt around for a good shop.

With that being off an ATV I would bet it is aluminum anyway and that is even harder to repair. Just buy a new one of Ebay and drive on.

Either a new one, or just pinch the the leaks with a pair of pliers and add a bottle of Bars Leak. I would use a 1/2 bottle for the Kaw.

repair can be done,... but if you have no experience soldering, then get someone to do it or junk it. need to pull the cooling fins away from the damaged core and go from there. either need to crip off the core and solder it or if just a small hole it can be soldered.one core crimped off is not a big deal in the cooling.
