When oeiole post newspaper or tv contacts, I like to read the sidebar stories....sure is a lot going on in your part of MI!

That's a well covered story.

Around here, DFW area, a fire like that wouldn't even get a mention unless there were injuries, a traffic jamb, or toxic spill involved.

A local machine shop burnt on new years eve. They lost 2 large building and all the machines in them. I had just sent a large engine skid there before Christmas and today brought it back with just a little paint burnt off. He had already rented a semi and trailer so he return our skid and even recommend a shop to finish the work.

The wife wanted to go to Pizza Hut,so I stopped and took a few pictures. Can't see much for all the rubble. A few semi trailers and a conveyor.

Just wondering. We got a couple guys here who if they had a fire like that I'd almost bet that would be the cause

This was a big disruption to their operations. When I was there this afternoon, there was a semi from Port Huron on the scales and another one waiting right behind him. Potatoes are still going out.
