And the grader blade on the duals fell off this time last time they took the bfh treatment to get em off and they were miserable last time I put them on I sprayed the ring and tractor rims with liquid wrench so I? think I?ll do that from now on . Got some tools out in my new box today . Got ready to go in the house and saw the green Santa Claus has been here and brought me a bunch of parts for the 4020 now I can get it fixed up again . Picked up some chocolate on the way home for my little sweetheart I?ll take it to her next time it snows hopefully this weekend . I also stoped buy the cnh fiat and upgraded my hay equipment for next year !

I have one dual that is particularly hard to remove.I take a bottle jack, lay it on it's side. Place it between the rim and the tractor wheel.(not beween the tiresLOL).You can easily just push the dual right off.

I hadn?t thought that but that would definitely work for sure . I really think that penetrating oil helped a lot

Looks like newer equipment than Im using. Lol, divorce, and custody battle sure put a hurtin on a guy! I can't buy equipment as new as that! Lol!!!

My daughter

got fusturated and threw the Jd hooking it up to something, broke the cab off, no longer a sound gaurd with the center post in the front windshield!!!😂

It?s a good thing she got rid of that awful cab with that center post it?s a wonder anybody could farm with a post blocking your view of the air stack and smoke stack . That is some good looking equipment you?ve got there some of my favorites I just with the wings on the disk would actually stay unfolded but I have sprayed a lot of carpet wheat and barley with a century sprayer like that and I?ve got a few John Deere sprayers to I?m not sure if I have the new Holland chopper or not

No, some fairy, male nurse she met at work 20 years older than her! Haha, I call him sissy! Lol

The early Ertl loader tractors left a little to be desired in the scale and functionality department but they were pretty neat I had the case ih ford and John Deere don?t know what I?ve got now

Thanks, yours look nice too, I like the black and white pic, almost looks like a folgers coffee can on the trailer fender? I use them for grain scoops too?

SVCummins, I sure do like your tool boxes. Makes things handy when you have the stuff with you.

Apparently that Green Santa must think I'm a naughty boy. He refuses to deliver to my house. I try ordering online and pay for shipping for nonemergency parts and nothing shows up. First time I tried a month went by and no parts. I get in my vehicle and drive 30 miles and they tell me they had them sitting on a shelf because they knew I'd be in for them eventually. Couple more times I tried same thing. They tell me now that they didn't pay attention to the order close enough to notice that I paid to have them shipped to me. They did at least refund my money for shipping after I complained.

Jay, pretty soon your daughter will be big enough to run a tractor by herself and with both of you working you will be making plenty enough money to upgrade everything!

You may already know this....never-seize is a great product that you used liquid wrench for. I use it all the time for slip joint applications . I have to put a coat on to view your posts, but they are very enjoyable. Keep on Keeping on!

I keep a brush and can of used oil by the drill press...use the same thing to put oil on the mating rim when I mount duals. Hardly ever need a jack to separate them. Oil lasts longer than liquid wrench, etc., and doesn"t stain as bad as Never-Seize.

My neighbors used to use a lot of Never Seize on their hands and clothes. They got some on some threads too. I don't use it on any sort of slip joint anymore. I used to but I found that it would harden and make the pin much harder to remove. I use it on threads a lot.

I never get charged shipping and they come once a week 3 different dealers I can use and they?ll bring parts right to my door step one dealer comes everyday but I have to drive ten miles to get the parts if want to get them daily

Wow. I just bought a new seat for my 2510 and picked it up yesterday. They were going to charge $60 to ship it 30 miles. If they actually would have shipped it of course. I decided to just pick it up at the dealer.

That?s rough sounds like our local fiat dealer they charge freight on. Stock order parts that take two to 3 weeks to get here . I?ve never ever paid freight on John Deere parts on a stock order that al the most takes a week I guess parts coming from Italy 🇮🇹 A long time

Ones a John Deere and the other is a no name brand cheapy it?s usa made but it?s low quality guy gave it to me becuse it won?t fit under his toneau cover on his new pickup

Thanks grandpa use to race horses for a lot of years I have some real grain scoops don?t Know where they are though

Thanks I have to keep a lot of tools with me becuse I never know where I?ll be from day to day I work a 75 mile radius bteeen farms and jobs so if I get somewhere and don?t have something It?s easier and cheaper to buy another tool than drive home and get the one you already have

That?s how they came off this time last time I about
wore my arm out beating on them with a ten pound
sledgehammer trying to get them loose
