A few photos of my tractors.

Versatile "G100", Versatile "145", and Deere "8630", taken around 1980. My late uncle Joe is posing with them,

I still have the 8630, and a (different) Versatile "145". Wish I still had the Mopar-powered G100!

Home-made garden tractor, made by my late Uncle Joe, was powered with a CANTANKEROUS old Briggs. Spent a lot of time yanking the rope on that one, "back in the day".

Remains of a little "Cletrac" crawler I wish someone would come and get and restore.

Remains of a "Co-op" tractor that was reversed and had a loader on it when I got it. Wish I had the time and $$$ to rebuild the Chrysler Industrial engine that powers it. Loved hearing those run in the Massey combines.

And, speaking of Massey combines, here's me and my Uncles' Massey "Super 27", probably about 1961 or '62.

And, last (for now), a tractor almost as RARE as the "ETD"!

I was going to buy a 145 a few years back but some druggies broke in the barn and stole the wiring. The owner caught them when they came back and he beat the s@#t out of them. Well they came back and smashed the tractor and several old trucks up before the owner could get over to the barn.( had an alarm on shed). This time he beat them and tied them up and called the sheriff. The tractor was not worth messing with after that.

Which Mopar engine was used in your Versatile G100? Was the engine rebuildable or was it disposable and how well did it hold up?

I like pic #9. How many aunts and grandmas pinched them chubby cheeks? Looks like they couldn't have done it without you.

(quoted from post at 23:30:01 12/31/18) That?s a nice 8630 . What is the snow blower made from what powers it ?

Snowblower tractor was built pretty much from scratch.

Driving axle is from a DEERE "55" combine, a Chevy 261 truck engine moves it and an IH 304 V8 runs the blower.

Frame is the remains of two "WC" Allises.

Rear axle is from a Massey "90" combine.

Has two 4-speed truck transmissions in series. In low, you can step off and slowly walk beside it.

"Fenders" are made from DEERE grain drill seedboxes, rest of cab and "engine house" was new steel.

(quoted from post at 07:52:11 01/01/19) Do any of your tractors have spark plugs in them?

"Do any of your tractors have spark plugs in them?"

I no longer have the "G100", but I DO have an 8N Ford, not running at the moment, as my "token" gas tractor.

It had a 318 V8. I only had it for a few years, and never really worked it, so I can't say how well that engine worked out in that application.
