The chiropractor I went to after a car accident on interstate 5 put it on patients at the end of a session. It seemed to do something, and it was kind of relaxing.

Bought 64 Ford truck from my neighbor's father in law. He used WD40 on his knees.

Watkins White Cream Liniment. Rub it on it will get slightly sticky, keep rubbing till it get slippery, then let it soak in till it dries 5-10 minutes. I've a torn rotor cuff in my right shoulder, and if I don't put it on at least once a day (twice is better) it gets so I can't lift my arm to even level with my shoulder.

My dad used it swore by the stuff. I have used blue emu and WD40. Older man I know makes up some of his own stuff. Works very well if you can get past the smell.

Seriously WD40? Why not just rub some wheel bearing grease into the skin/joint, it will last a lot longer than WD. :shock: People that do this are probably the same ones against CBD, or any other natural and proven anti-inflammatory

Yes. Like it. Rub a dab on your temples for some soothing. Hard to find now.

My backs been out all week. I have been using icy hot and aleve. Back is finally feeling better. I have some tiger balm but didnt feel good enough to find. Today I found it and put some on. Hope it helps. I have used it on my temples for headaches and to help clear sinuses.

I was at Menards last week and saw a display of many Watkins products. My Grandmother used to have this stuff around. I can remember the smell.

Camphor
Camphor 11%, Menthol 10%, Cajuput Oil 7%, Dementholised Mint Oil 6%, Clove Oil 5%. Dementholised Mint Oil 16%, Cajuput Oil 13%, Camphor 11%, Menthol 8%, Clove Oil 1.5%. Inactive ingredients: Hard paraffin, Yellow soft paraffin. Tiger Balm Red also contains: Cinnamon oil.

Yes, I used Extra Strength Tiger Balm:

Installing Fuel NOZZLES,Split line Bolts on the LM1500 / J79 General Electric Gas Generators would cause pain in the WRIST BONES....
Worked Tiger Balm into wrists at night...no pain following morning.....

Had a young gentleman helper that had a lot of spunk...until he worked TIGER BALM into his hands...then made a trip to the Washroom.........!

WD40 ...... if you use WD40 for sore and stiff joints and like it, then this will be false news so don't read it. But for the rest of us, this is an interesting article. Make sure you read the whole thing, sounds like petroleum solvents don't do the human body much good ....
