My 12 year old grand daughter was riding her horse in our ring that is near a road. This old guy walks by and drops his pants in front of her. My daughter caught up to him, and took a picture of him. This happened another 12 year old girl in the same area. That mom has a good picture. The pictures are on the internet. I am sure someone will know him. A person never knows what he or she will run into now days. Stan

If I were you I would run a search for registered sx offenders in the area.
You would be surprised how many might show up.
Then run the names in the state prisoner database to find pictues of those released.

Stan, get the picture to the police , they may have dealt with him before and recognize him from that picture. They can also distribute the picture to other local jurisdictions.

Not a new problem, was just reading about a young woman in the 1950?s where older man would flash her every day on her way to work. She laughed it off saying it was common in the city.

That kind of thing makes me mad. Kids need to be left alone and without that sort of distraction in thier lives. Thats all I have to say about that.

Too late now, but the police should have been notified first.

Catch him unaware before he disappears, or worse comes looking for revenge.

Some seriously sick people out there, keep a close watch on your grand daughter until he is caught, be careful!

We had a fellow that would stand in his own yard every morning behind a large bush with nothing but a robe on and when women drove by he’d jump out and shake his stuff at them. He was chairman of the county law enforcement committee and the sheriff didn’t believe the ladies. This was on a road with a lot of morning traffic. A few of the ladies got together and called the TBI, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. They setup in a barn across a field with some high-tech camera equipment and nailed him.

Gee, did you have to word it [i:c85ca7a836]that[/i:c85ca7a836] way?? *lol*

As others said - get the photos to the police and file a report. If everyone does that, you might eventually get him out of the neighborhood. When I report something to the police, I call on their recorded line and tell them that I'm documenting the call. It usually results in an officer coming to my house to make a report. I don't make frivolous calls. You need to take action on this - this guy shouldn't be bothering little girls. He's sick in the head, and should be viewed as dangerous.

Different action

Story is an older woman reporting a flasher with a difference. He had bored a hole through the wall of the outdoor toilet through which - - .

Police comment was that he'd be gone before they got to check.

Reply was "Oh no he won't. I stuck my hatpin through his foreskin"

I thought this was going to be a funny story or a story about a haywire flasher on one of your rigs wish I hadn?t looked now

Cops won't do anything, too busy teaching DARE classes. The dads need to have a good old blanket party when they find him.

a Big 10-4 there WORTHLESS program all it did for my kids was tell them which one to use first AND how to turn dime on your parents

Obviously your daughter didn't feel she was in any danger from this person if she chased him down and took his picture. Sounds like you're raising a strong person there. She didn't curl up in a ball and go catatonic from seeing some crazy old guy's junk.

This guy is almost certainly harmless. Not to scare you but the real predators aren't so "up front" about it, so to speak. This guy needs medication and supervision.

D.O.T. sent a letter to the village council one time telling them that they had to put a flasher at the corner of main street and the county road. They sent two guys out to take turns standing there in a rain coat.

I'll never forget, and neither will my daughter apparently, when she was five years old and the old JD 2 cylinder mechanic stepped up beside my pickup and took a leak. He was well underway when he said "Is that a boy?". I told him no. He just said "Oh" and kept right on going. The old guy wasn't bashful,I'll give him that.

That's horrible. Our daughter is 15. I worry about shxx like this all the time. We live in a good community, but you never know. Seems to be more people moving out this way " to the country" lately. We have tried to do what we can to educate her about situations and what can happen. She's no dummy and is pretty street smart. If she came home and told me something like this happened to her I would loose my mind and be on the hunt doing whatever possible to find, and have the scum bag be held responsible for his lewdness. Boy this is pixxing me off and I don't even know you or your family personally !

A couple of summers ago I pulled up to the stop sign at the T intersection in Tara Ontario. There was a young woman wearing a baseball cap, sunglasses and a skirt sitting on the curb on the other side of the road.
Her skirt accidentally fell up and she had also forgotten to put on her knickers that morning.
Was so surprised that I was halfway through town before realizing what had occurred .
