Case lost it's identity a couple years after the red paint went on.
Personally I have no desire to own or support Red tractors.
Fiat should quit cannibalizing old brand names and just name Case-IH and NH, FIAT-AGRI and FIAT-CONSTRUCTION and be done with their marketing and color games. Currently CNH seams to be their corporate identity here in the Americas. Eat your heart out IH guys.
Like JD, they could care less about their dealers and customers. It is all about market dominance nation by nation, and world wide.

Fiat had to wait out the diehard "color" guys until they were retired or died out of farming. That is happening now. I remember the big stink back in the 1980's when guys threatened to quit Case IH if there was not a red tractor. Similar rumblings about Ford when they bought New Holland. I remember a couple of local dealers saying that painting obvious NH engineered products blue and white would be the kiss of death.
And a Tall hitch to go with it. Years ago a young guy that worked in the oil fields was in with some others hooking 4 wheel drive trucks together,, he was dragging the others all over the place,,in his bed was a tarp covering 5 or 6 drill bits that no one paid any attention to...
