Jack er up on that side and start wiggling things. Check tie rod ends, spindle bearings/bushings, even wheel bearings.
 
Well Im assuming front wheel?

Does it wobble side to side, or more up and down?

Have you jacked it up and see what directions it is loose with no weight on it?

I?ll guess you were careful to test it evenly, not that you were on a cambered road that was affecting one side from odd angled stresses, but you tested it both directions on the same surface, or it?s been doing this a long time on different surfaces....

Just trying to get to the issue quickly, without a lot of guessing.
