OT 1999 F350

Bought a used truck. Doing regular maintence on it. My problem is the drain line from the fuel bowl is plugged up. Tried runnig a stiff wire up from the the bottom, but could not get it in far enough. Has anyone ever taken this line out, how hard is it to remove? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

That metal line will be fairly difficult to replace. The metal drain line mounts to the drain valve with a little rubber hose section. You can take line off at the bowl and shoot air through the line both ways to clear it. You can convert the drain tube to 3/8" rubber fuel line, I would use this option if you can't clear the metal line.
