To frost seed some alfalfa seed on some of my own ground . Now all the custom work is done and mine is to until spring . Time to go find a winter job

Yes . In the old days guys would ride a saddle horse and throw seed out onto the snow . As long as it doesn?t sprout to early it works well . I did a bunch of grass this way
 
Yes we?ll work on the crawler maybe have it running by spring . I did miss that post altogether
 
Dryland . If it were irrigated I?d drill In the spring . Buy the time you get the ground ready in the spring it?s to already to dry for anything to sprout . This way it up and growing with the moisture
