farmall 300 hydra touch line leaking

i have a farmall 300 with hydra touch hydraulic system my steel line is bad at the valve bank i was wondering if there is a block i can buy to replace the steel lines with hose as i have bought the block for my pump from steiners but they do not have the end for the valve bank

First place you need to find is a good old hydraulic hose repair shop.
They should be able to fix you up. I have a steel line on my 300U
power steering unit. No leaks kinks and all.

i can make up the hoses myself i just need the block that bolts to the valve bank end to attach my hoses from my pump

Is it possible to remove the tube, cut off the block, and tap it for a hose fitting/thread?

i think the flange is a little thin for that but i may have to do something like that
