NH TC33DA No Start

Been starting and running good. Was using to clear some snow ,finished up and parked it. Shut off and all good. Went back 10 minutes later to move it. Turn key 1st position just a hum or buzz in dash or that area anyway. No turnover no glow plug light. Just the battery light and buzzing. Been cold blowing and snowing so haven't tried to diagnose it yet. While I wait the weather out thought I'd get some opinions on troubleshooting

I'm guessing a relay or other device for the glow plugs. Where would I want to start?
Battery charged well, glow plugs working properly, fuel filter recently changed and good fuel with treatment.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply Jim.
Although confident about cables and battery, really didn't hurt to check. 12.8 volts all around pulled ends off starter and frame ground clean but shined them back up anyway. Still no go.

Fiddled with the range selector to make sure safety switch was working and it started to turn over. When I first got it turning over the hum started to fade and did not return when I let go of the key. The glow plug light did not light until I cranked it a bit. and I could not get it to recycle again. Surprisingly the tractor started with a little more cranking, normally it won't start that quick at 25 degrees especially with out glow plugs. That sort of confounded me.
Can I assume I may have an issue with glow plugs or a relay? It has sometimes not fired the glow plugs and has also lit up after starting for several minutes after.
Ironically I haven't had many issues with this tractor, I purchased it used about 2.5 years ago and made the pay off on it the day before it acted up. Isn't that when they break when the warranty goes off or right after it's paidoff.

Should not need glow plugs after only a 10 minute shut down. Find the source of the buzzing as it sounds like a bad
contact or component.

Grandpa,The buzzing suggest that a little square plug in relay is going bad.Check the start relay or the glow plug relay.Just swap them around to find the bad one next time it won't start to find the bad one.
