Come on Larry! Your just posting pictures of green
grass, just to make us green with envy. Looks like a
January blizzard outside my house today. Wind is
whipping the snow around, and starting to drift up
along the road. Maybe one of those vacuum rigs
would work for snow removal

Wow. That is green grass! We have
had 3 good frosty mornings here in
Central AL. Only green around here
is rye grass, lots of folks plant
it then mow the lawn all
winter?!?! Why!!!?

It really is green there!

We're a little bit on the white side... maybe getting whiter this coming weekend. :(

Our twp. has one of those too. Think it is a big 4 cyl. Wisconsin
engine? You almost want to say "hey guys, here is 50, go do the whole
yard". They do like how my AgriFab leaf sucker machine just makes
these big loafs of leafs that I put in a row on the curb. When the
leafs are dry it slides out like a green chop wagon. The guy just
takes the hose and starts sucking it up. They pick up the first week
of November and the first week of December. The December piles are
usually huge. This year two weeks ago we had about 24 hours of really
strong wind so a lot of leaves got blow away.

If it gets wetted down and makes a mat it can smother the grass. You end uo with dead spots all over the lawn. If you thatch in the spring and reseed it takes most of the summer to revive. You really should get all of that stuff off the grass.
