Most trustworthy friends a person can have. I ordered a subscription to Green Magazine a couple years ago. I only received 2 or 3 magazines though. I finally narrowed it down to the fact that my mailman liked the magazine as well. According to the company they were sending them to me. I just dropped it. I figured if the local mailman liked them that much let him get his own subscription. He was pretty good about that sort of thing. Several years ago as a joke a cousin ordered me a subscription to a certain men's magazine that was supposed to arrive in a sealed plastic bag. Somehow mine where always opened when they arrived and never seemed to arrive on the same day. I haven't seen him in a while so maybe he's retired now.
 
When You Intentionally Open Someone's Mail

Doing anything at all with someone else's mail could land you in serious hot water, even if you just glance at the return address while handing it to them. A couple of federal laws make it illegal to take, steal, intercept, open, damage or destroy someone else's mail, impede the delivery of mail, or pry into another person's secrets. If you're caught doing any of these things, you could be looking at charges of mail theft or "obstruction of correspondence." Both crimes come with fines up to $250,000 and five years in a federal prison.
 
Not much way to prove it. Besides that if someone complains they end up with "lost mail". Not very many companies are happy with late payments and telling them the check got lost in the mail doesn't help much. I've been through it myself. If it was an older person on ss their check would somehow come up missing.
 
Hey SV, I have several issues of Green Magazine from the late 90's that I'll send you for winter reading. They are sitting in my shop gathering dust now. My email is open.
 
Yes he?s getting old and has a bad leg he use to be able to get up himself but since I moved the rear wheels in and the fenders he can?t get up . The 4020 has a step on the rear axle he can go up
