LP 640 Ford

I have an LP 640 Ford that the Lp pressure regulator is starting to go bad. I'd like to keep it stock and would rather not convert it to gas. Is there anyone who may have access to or ideas where to look for the regulator. Thanks in advance.

Look on the regulator and see if it has a name on it. If so do a search for that company online and contact them
for parts or a new regulator. If there is no visible name one brand I nave used is Impco. There are a bunch of
manufacturers and most have websites and customer service for this sort of thing.

There are several companies that make regulators.
IMPCO
Fisher
Dormont
Maxitrol

Some one should be able to help you

I would think your local propane supplier should be able to help you out.

Thanks guys, but I have tried my local
propane dealer with no luck. As far as I
can see, there isn't a name on the
regulator. Local antique tractor guy
tells me they are unavailable. I guess
I'll just have to run it dry and tear
into it to see if I can pull a name or
numbers off of it.
