Yup, figured you'd like this'un.

This was a donated pic. Didn't get any background info on it, but I'm assuming it's somewhere in northern Texas.

Anyone notice anything......"unique" with the rear wheel??

Bunch of holes drilled in the wheel? Maybe that's normal, though. I think they sunk the front end in the ground to prevent anyone from driving off with it. I also see a chain on rear wheel. Lots of anti-theft devices, don't see a car alarm, though.

Ditto on the chain and the "lugs" are missing....with everything else mentioned, were they maybe "misappropriated"? Possible considering.

hain probably there because the 'safety police' wanted to be sure that children didn't hop on and drive it away.
