9.00-10 vs 8.50-10

Can't seem to find a tire chart with these two sizes. Does anyone know the diameter difference between the two. It's on a eversman landplane. Need one 9.00 tire for $150 or can get used airplane tires for $25 each. I don't want to change the height to much. Thanks

You must have an 'old' 289 plane. the aircraft tires will be just fine.The small difference will be negligeable.Just put a pair on the same axle.The aircraft tire is stronger and will last longer than just about anything.BTW,I used to have a 329,and now own a 4512. I use automotive type tires on them with absolutely no issues.

Yes it's an old 9 foot which works for the little fields I do. Had to build a new tongue for it, old on to far gone to save. Couple hydraulic hoses and tire should be ready to go.

Where o where did you find a 9:00x10 aircraft tire for $25 ? That is what I have on the front of my '53 Model 60 JD, and what I paid for one in 1971, and would love to have a spare. Tnx.
