Meant to post this sometime back. Erie Hydro-Crane. No winches, but the cable is let in and out by raising and lowering the boom. No, I don't understand entirely how it works, seems like it would have limited reach, but what do I know. Needs some TLC.

I'm guessing mid-1950s? Not an expert, but this is Mack's B-series, and they made them from 1949-1966. Just not schooled enough in the styling differences throughout the years. Looks old.
