Have a pair of boots that are sock eaters. Really comfortable for the first ten minutes until that happens. Hate them, but can't bring myself to throw away a $150 pair of boots. Do they still make sock garters?

Foxx work socks are the best I've found for non- creeping summer use socks.

All my winter boots do that. Only way to slow the progress is to wear long underwear and socks long enough to go over them.
