Wheel Weights

Sstt

New User
Good morning,
New to the site and was looking for information on some wheel weights. My Dad acquired a 35 Ferguson tractor and as we loaded it on the trailer it picked up the back of the truck. Got it home and stripped down for painting and discovered the rear tire centers are actually weights. Borrowed the neighbors bobcat to remove. Guessing well over 1000 pounds each, rear wheels came off the ground using a ghel 4630 to lift. Dad is 75 and said they were his first seeing like this. Any information would be appreciated.

Likely an aftermarket item or very special factory order item , as there is no such item
that I could locate in the AGCO parts, there were add on wheel weights listed but none of a
combination wheel and weight combined.

I would rather have a pair of those then loaded tires for my loader tractor.

Thanks for the info. Back side has 191927mi in cast with what looks like Canada. The gentleman we got it from said he thought the tractor was used on a airbase.

I would love a set like that over fluid in the tires. It would make working on the brakes a little bit more fun. LOL

Chances are ur 35 is a utility model which was used by the government!!!! My son recently purchased a MF 35 utility and it had the the same rear wheels!!! He didn?t want the added weight so I picked up couple standard type ag pressed steel centers and switched them!!! Those case steel considered standard wheels for the utilities used by the government. ( Air Force etc)!!!! I still have the cast centers if anyone is interested in them!!!!

Those would suck if you want a parade tractor to haul around and drive down the tar roads.

Those would be nearly priceless if you had a working loader tractor! Nice!
