Clipper seed cleaner

I've got a Clipper 1B seed cleaner in really nice shape and about 20 bushels of buckwheat I want to clean and save for seed. It's outfitted with electric motor but the pulley on the main drive shaft is missing. What size pulley or how many shaft RPM do I need to get to make this work right?

Mine says 880 rpm, the motor is 1800 rpm 3 phase, the motor pulley is 5" and the drive shaft pulley is
10".

This one isnt mine, but the pulley looks about the same size as mine. I could check, but it will be a few days before I can get
back to the place its stored.

Decide if it has a crank just how fast, many RPM's that shaft makes, as you do a slow steady crank. Over speed is worse than slow speed, slow might not blow the dirt out but it will not shake the unit to pieces. Headquarters is in Bluffton, In. and they bay have the correct pullys, I don't know but if they dony have them probably could tell you what size they should be. They still do provide new screens for that machine.

"Clipper" still exists as A. T. Ferrell/Clipper and some have posted here over the years about getting legacy info from them for older machines.

Mite B worth contacting them for operating instructions info on your machine, IMHO.

I got all the parts I needed to fix mine up from them. They were real knowledgeable and helpful.

I called AT Ferrell this morning and talked to a guy named Phil. Cleaning shoe eccentric drive shaft is 420RPM. I couldn't get exactly that with the pulley selection at Farm and Fleet so it's about 412. Hopefully can clean buckwheat tomorrow.
