Case, COOP, Ford, Collector Auction

I helped set up an auction in Eureka SD. I helped determine what would sell and what would go in a very large lot of scrap. I saved a couple of Case spreaders that I have not seen before and some sulky plows. Also JD PTO drive grain binder, grain drill, plow. IH plow and mower. IH trucks, Lincolns. Ford plows. COOP, Case, Ford, Beleraus tractors. Everything is on the rough side but it will all be cheep. I just hate to see all this stuff go for scrap. If they don't get bids, next time they will just scrap them. The auctioneer is Fahey Sales, Glencoe Minnesota and the auction ends Monday night the 22nd, online only. Anyone live out there?

Are you going to Nixon?s sale at Hutch tomorrow? (Would post a pic, but it?s besting me)

Yes, Nixon Auction. Todd Friedrich is a great guy. Many of you have met him at shows selling Friedrich tires. Always fun to visit with him.

That SD sale has some good stuff. A WHITE corn sheller can?t be real common. The Chrysler/COOP is a rare beast. Plenty of affordable loaders from the looks of it.

Thanks. I reposted this in the Stovebolt Page Swap Meet - the 1950 GMC that is.
Lot of cool old farm stuff. Be a shame for some of that to go to the crusher. I know, can't save it all.
