Tractor seat repair

I was sad to see Speer Cushion Company of Holyoke, CO, went out of business early this year. They had restored a number of seats for me over the last several years, and did very good work at reasonable prices.
Does anyone have any recommendations for another company that recovers or restores tractor seats?

If you have any Amish around, see if there are any that do upholstery. There is a local Amish woman people take things to. She does a wonderful job.

I have a JD275 garden tractor, yellow seat. Every yellow seat I've seen is cracked up. I purchased an aftermarket JD seat cover off amazon after using glues and duct tape. I also put a 2 inch memory foam seat cushion under seat cover.

I know of few places than can make custom seat covers for cars, trucks even motorcycles.

Look in your yellow pages for local upholstery place.

Sad to see Speer go, but they were trying to sell caviar in a baloney butt market. With all these offshore sources offering seats that look the same for 1/3 the price, it's really no surprise that they eventually had to give it up.

I'm sure there was no comparison as far as quality goes, but by and large, people don't care about quality. When they can get something for $1 less, they're going to go for the cheaper option, period.

All a seat cover does is hide the problem and look hideous.
