Learned something last night

We had a 45th high school reunion last night. There was a nerdy little guy in the class who I barely remember. He was at the 25th reunion and somebody was saying that he was a millionaire now. If I remember it right, they said he had invented something for the oil industry. One of the girls asked last night where he was and was he single? Most of us were just kind of puzzled when one of the other girls said his son passed away recently and that he had given up his TV show. TV show? What the heck?

Seems he was the producer of The Curse of Oak Island and appeared on it from time to time. I never saw the show. I guess whatever it was that he invented for oil exploration is used in the show? I'm sure if I had heard his name or saw it in the credits I wouldn't have made the connection. Strange things happen in life. I had no idea.
Who is Craig Tester

Ya,that's what they were saying at the 25th. He lives up on Old Mission Peninsula doesn't he?

That is interesting,, I have been watching this show and I am liking the way it is put together with more facts and less drama than most shows like this...I expect them to find treasure..

Honestly, when Mary said he had a TV show,my first thought was that it must be a high school quiz bowl show on public television or something.

Kind of a neat show . If they ever do find treasure it?d better be a big one with the amount of money they have spent

a hours drive from here so he and son was/is well known in the area, as part of the show, of course in the show, there was reference to the Oak Island Curse and its history of events... a local service group had 2 walk about tours/meet and greet day...sold out in a matter of hours.
somebody always knows someone, in someway, some where.
