37 9n ford Ferguson overheating, possible causes, belt is tight blowed radiator out , engine over hauled 2 yrs ago they flushed the block then, suggestions please

your rad cores are plugged. the inside of them are corroded and the coolant cant circulate. take to rad shop for a boil out.

What are the symptoms, is it just spitting a little coolant out or is it steaming and puking a gallon or more coolant? Is the coolant dirty, are you using antifreeze, and a good radiator cap? Radiator clogged up ( internally ) or externally but you said you blew it out. Thermostat stuck closed or partially closed. water pump impeller problem.

I consider the N's pretty tough to overheat. Mine doesn't have a fan shroud, the radiator fins are smashed from fan contact all the way around the core, several sections of cores have been bypassed from holes. Mowing 4-5ft tall grass with a 5ft rotary cutter doesn't even make this thing run hot even with 95-100+ temps.

Well first off no such thing as a 1937 9N Ford Ferguson. If it is a 9N Ford then is has to be 1939 to 1942.
As for over heating that could be a bad thermostat or a clogged up block and or radiator or even a bad water pump.
I would drain the cooling system and then fill with vinegar and run it till good and warm then let cool and drain it and rig up a way to back flush the system by way of the block drain
