what does the darker words for compression rings say?...I assume the other 2 rings with lettering Bepx,lettering should go up...oil control does not matter which side goes up?

Do you have the Google translate app inyour smart phone. You just point the camera at the text you want and it does it. Takes just a little practice to get it right but I have had the program looking at Chinese or something and it just goes SNAP and the whole page is now translated. Startled the daylights out of me.
