Wonder if that is a 1935-38 Oliver as a change from steel to rubber tires happened starting about 1934-35.

You could order tip toe wheels on a 77, maybe even later, you just don't see many. BTO for the day with "duals" on his tractor. Not early production though as grille says Oliver, not Hart Parr
